As a tourist wandering through the Museum of Civilization in Cairo, I couldn’t help but feel
humbled.
The Pharaohs spoke through stone — about resilience, vision, and peace within.
It hit me that wellbeing today isn’t so different from what they sought thousands of years ago: 
Harmony, purpose, and heart.
Maybe that’s the real legacy — learning to keep the soul steady, no matter where life takes you.
