What if I told you…

It’s completely normal to have mixed feelings about the things we want in life.

Part of you feels excited.

Another part doubts it.

One moment you believe it’s possible…

the next moment the old stories creep in.

That’s being human.


But here’s the empowering part:

you can become deliberate with your feelings.

Just as we practice worry…

just as we rehearse fear…

we can also practice feeling good about what we desire.

Not by forcing it.

But by gently leaning into the feeling of:

“What would it feel like if this worked out?”

What would it feel like if healing really happened?

If peace truly became your normal?

If the door you’ve been knocking on finally opened?

Your body begins to recognise that feeling.

Your mind begins to relax into possibility.

And little by little…

the resistance softens.

Mixed feelings may visit.

That’s okay.

But when you become intentional about practicing the good feeling toward your desires, you begin teaching your system a new direction.

And from that space…

appreciation grows,

alignment deepens,

and life starts meeting you halfway.

So today, try this simple practice:

Pause for a moment and ask yourself…

“How would it feel if the thing I desire gently unfolded in my life?”

Sit with that feeling.

Even for a few seconds.

Sometimes that small moment of alignment

is where the smooth flow begins. ✨
