Upon arriving the other night, I noticed the poster in the hotel lobby announcing the passing of Queen Sirikit, the beloved Queen Mother of Thailand.

It made me pause.

There was something tender about that moment… a quiet call to reflect on life, love, and the women who shape us.

Just a few hours before leaving the Philippines, I had spent time with my mum and my aunt.

And now here in Bangkok, I find myself spending my first days with a grandmother and a mother once again.

Different places, different women, yet the same thread of care, devotion, and quiet strength.

👸 Motherhood.

👸 Queenship.

The sacred act of nurturing life and holding families together. It is a collaboration with creation itself.

To Queen Sirikit, and to all mothers, grandmothers, aunties, and women who carry the heart of a nation, a family, or even just one soul:
