Today, marks my sixth month being a licensed RTT Practitioner.

I am so honoured to have worked with people who suffered from trauma, PTSD, cancer, and addiction.

I am so humbled by their experiences and transformation.

I have been so blessed to have learned from all of them.

And most of all, I am grateful for the friendships formed through those 12-weeks.

Cheers to another six months and years beyond!
