Thank you for allowing me to experience the magic of transformation once again.

It was a quick visit — but who says healing needs years to begin?

Who says transformation has to take ages to turn a heart around?

And really… who says therapy is contained within four walled rooms?

This weekend, healing unfolded in conversations, in shared meals, in honest moments, in laughter, in tears.

I witnessed hearts soften.

I watched courage rise.

I saw people choose themselves again.

And I experienced shared peace, joy, and grace.

To the beautiful humans I had the honour of journeying with — thank you for your trust and openness. Transformation doesn’t depend on time or location. It begins the moment a heart says, “I’m ready.”
