In life, finding the right path is a process that unfolds as much through discovering the dead ends as encountering new pathways.

None of us start out in life dreaming of all the things we will get wrong, but taking wrong turns plays a role in finding the right ones.
If you see each of those dead ends as lessons learned, you unfold the map in your mind that shows the direction to take next.
So rather than regret being a slippery slope into hopelessness, you will instead turn on your heel and keep moving.
You have the power to turn regret into the beginnings of progress, but for that to happen you must resist the temptation to see your mistakes as any indication of your worthiness.
Without guilt to listen to, you could become someone very different to the person you are aiming for now.
Guilt is just another emotion offering a signal that perhaps not all is well.
Halt the rumination!
Happy Tuesday, everyone!
