And today, I met one of those shining hearts. To Isabel Valdez Villamar, a young soul I crossed paths with at the Holiday Inn Express Manila—it was her last day of OJT (On the Job Training).

Isabel is a “common person” doing an exemplary job. Her smile and positive energy lit up the café entrance and made every guest feel welcome. 🌸
