Looking into your own eyes is like peering into a mirror of the soul. It’s the moment of self-reflection that can either be empowering or challenging.
My client realised that gazing into her own eyes became an opportunity to confront her true self, acknowledge her strengths, and find a sense of pride and contentment in who she has become.
It was a chance for her to embrace her imperfections and recognise that the journey of self-improvement is ongoing.
Of course, the process was daunting and challenging for this precious soul, as she struggled with self-doubt, insecurities, and past regrets, causing her to metaphorically “run away” from the reflection and/or project blame on others.

Amazingly, after 3 days, my beautiful client realised that patience, compassion, and external support are her keys towards self-acceptance and self-love.
Ultimately, the ability to feel good about what you see when you look into your own eyes is a profoundly personal and evolving experience. It can be a powerful tool for self-discovery, healing, and growth.
If approached with an open heart and a commitment to self-improvement, in the end, you will find yourself feeling more content with your reflection in the mirror.
