… and the soul speaks

Yesterday was the Day Out of Time — a sacred vacuum where time, calendars, and logic pause… and the soul speaks.
And today, as my husband and I share a quiet breakfast at Crowne Plaza Hobart, Aura Club Lounge, I feel something tender stirring — a warmth I once longed for when the world inside me was anything but calm.

It was the late Wayne Dyer who first introduced me to the Ho’oponopono prayer.
Back in the days when I was still crawling my way through PTSD, his voice, his presence, and this prayer became part of my daily lifeline.
“I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.”
Simple, powerful, and soul-anchored.
Today, I whisper it again…
To all the selves I’ve been.
To the timelines I’ve released.
To the love that’s finally found a steady rhythm inside me.
This photo is more than a morning snap.
It’s a portal — from survival to serenity, from fear to grace.
Have you ever used Ho’oponopono during a time of pain or recovery?
Let this be your gentle reminder that healing doesn’t have to be loud.
Sometimes, it’s four whispered lines that change everything.
Follow along for more real moments, sacred resets, and soulful journeys. 🌍💫
